1. According to transportation requirements, the battery can not be fully charged. Please fully charge the battery once you receive it to activate the battery for the maximum capacity.
2. To keep the highest power and longest using life, make sure to charge the battery at least once every three months. Keep battery capacity above 60% for long time storage.
3. Battery should be placed in a dry environment, far away from fire and water.
4. Make sure you buy the suitable battery for the motor kit, please check the size and the model carefully before buying it.
5. When the battery capacity is less than 20%, please charge in time to ensure the battery life.
6. If you have received an item which is defective or different to the one purchased, please contact us as soon as possible. We will refund these items and the delivery expenses once we receive them and inspect the condition of the products.
